Road Closure for Sewer Collection System Repairs – 1100 Block of N Street in Brunswick – Monday, June 14, 2021

In order to perform sewer gravity main repairs in the area, the 1100 block of N Street in Brunswick, between Norwich Street and Norwich Street Lane, will be closed to thru traffic. The road closure will begin at or about 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 and last until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2021. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic should be prepared to take another route.

As a function of routine maintenance funded by our operational budget, this replacement of a section of collapsing 12″ vitrified clay pipe is critical to avoid the potential for sewer service backups and sinkholes in the roadway.
