DRINKING WATER WARNING BOIL YOUR WATER FOR THREE MINUTES BEFORE USING The St Simons Island water system lost pressure on the system serving 2481 to 2487 Demere Road on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 due to tree root intrusion into a 2″ pvc main. Attention Water Outage & Road Closure Notification In order to perform hydrant repair in the area, water service will be unavailable from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 5, 2019 for the 800 block of Gordon Street in Brunswick.
