We are excited to introduce the Brunswick-Glynn Joint Water & Sewer Commission’s Consumer Water Portal! If you have received a water usage chart from us in the past, you can now view that information in your own portal at no cost to you.
With the BGJWSC Consumer Water Portal you’ll be able to:
1. View your water usage data at any time, from anywhere, on any device with internet access.
2. Set out-of-town alerts (text or email) to monitor consumption and detect potential plumbing issues.
3. Create water threshold alerts (text or email) to set a water budget, help save water and eliminate bill surprises.
Please have your BGJWSC account information available, then click here to register for the BGJWSC Consumer Water Portal.
NOTE: If you use the account holder’s name for a verification field, please enter it as shown on your bill, but with the last name first then a comma, then first and middle (if applicable). If you use your street address, please enter it exactly as it appears on your bill.
Please be aware that the courtesy alerts and charts previously provided by Customer Service staff will no longer be available after January 31, 2025. So, please take a few minutes to register for your BGJWSC Consumer Water Portal account today.
