Road Closure Notification
In order to perform sewer service repairs in the area, the 600 block of May Joe Street on St. Simons Island, between Oleander and Fish Fever, will be closed to thru traffic between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic should be prepared to take another route.

The St. Simons Island water system lost pressure to the 1400 and 1500 block of Ocean Blvd on Monday, February 12, 2018 due to a materials failure on an aged water main. Service has been restored. BGJWSC lab personnel have collected water samples for testing.
