Emergency Road Closure Notification

Until further notice, First Street between Norwich Street and Newcastle Street will be closed to thru traffic. A major sewer defect has occurred in several gravity sewer mains and multiple manholes in the center of First Street and has resulted in unsafe road conditions. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic should be prepared to take another route.
