Present: Ronald Perry, Committee Chair
David Ford, Commissioner

Also Present: Donald Elliott, Commissioner
Tom Boland, Commissioner
Steve Swan – Executive Director
John Donaghy – Finance Director
John Hunkele – Planning & Construction Superintendent
Billy Simons, Water Production Superintendent
Kirk Young, SP&M Superintendent
Robert Holmes, SP&M Coordinator

Not Present: Cliff Adams, Commissioner

Chairman Perry called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

Adopt:
Commissioner Ford made a motion seconded by Commissioner Ford to adopt the minutes of the January 6, 2015 minutes. Motion carried 2-0-0.

Discussion:
Status of Sanitary Sewer Basin 2030: Director Steve Swan and John Hunkele gave a brief update of the problem with Basin 2030. ATM is currently doing the plans for the upgrade.

There being no other business to bring before the Committee, the Chairman adjourned the meeting.
