PRESENT: Dale Provenzano, Chairman

Thomas A. Boland, Commissioner

John A. Cason, III, City Commissioner

Sandra J. Dean, Commissioner

Ronald E. Perry, Commissioner

ABSENT: Donald M. Elliott, Commissioner – David H. Ford, Commissioner

ALSO PRESENT: John D. Donaghy, Interim Director/Chief Financial Officer

Chairman Provenzano called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Boland to close the special called meeting and adjourn to executive session to discuss the employment for the Executive Director position and to discuss authorizing to purchase property. Motion carried 5-0-0.

Back in open session, no action taken.

Commissioner Dean made a motion seconded by Commissioner Boland to adjourn the special called meeting. Motion carried 5-0-0.
